Privacy policy

This page says what information "Reader" keeps, what for, and what you can do about it.

What is kept

Your email address, for signing in.

The profile details you filled in: stage name, gender, playing age range, languages, city, a few words about you, and links.

Rehearsal requests, offers of help, messages in the rehearsal chat, ratings, and scripts you attached.

An identifier of your phone for sending notifications, if you turned them on.

Who sees what

Other users see your profile, how many times you helped, and your average rating. Only you see your number of points.

Messages and a script are visible only to the two participants of the rehearsal. A comment written with a rating is visible only to the operator of the app.

Your email address is not shown to any user.

What the information is used for

To match requests to people, coordinate rehearsals, send notifications, and handle reports.

There are no ads, and we do not sell information to anyone.

Providers that process information for us

Cloudflare: storing the information and the files, and running the server.

Brevo: sending the email with the sign-in code.

Google Firebase: sending notifications to the phone.

How long information is kept

A script is deleted 48 hours after the rehearsal time, or at once when the request is cancelled.

Everything else is kept for as long as the account exists.

Deletion

You can delete the account from inside the app, in Settings, or by an email request. Details are on the account deletion page.

After deletion these remain, without a name: ratings you gave to others, and reports made against you.
